After a celebrated theatre career-during which his productions reached over 250,000 live attendees in the UK, Europe, and the US, Donnacadh shifted focus to immersive entertainment, events, and learning. Today, he works as a Creative Director and Experience Designer, collaborating with brands, founders, and creative teams to develop and clarify their stories. Whether crafting a theatre script or advising a corporate leadership program, Donnacadh's curiosity and storytelling expertise breathe life into every project.

As a former Associate Fellow of Creativity at Warwick University and active member of the World Experience Organisation, Donnacadh has been invited to lecture at Cambridge University, SAID Business School, Warwick Business School, and the Royal Academy of Dramatic Art. He brings his theatrical insights into boardrooms and classrooms, offering fresh perspectives on leadership, culture, and innovation.
