Kieran Joseph is the Founder and CEO of Guardian Ballers, a youth mental health social enterprise that has grown from 0 to £200K turnover in just five years, impacting over 3,000 lives. With academic credentials including a Master’s in Education and a PGCE, Kieran blends entrepreneurial action with a mission for holistic well-being.
His journey has taken him from working with professional footballers and delivering wellbeing content in a Jameela Jamil Snapchat docuseries, to sharing reconciliation lessons from Rwandan genocide survivors. Kieran also serves as Chaplain for Coventry City Football Club and hosts The Pursuit of Peace podcast, where he explores identity, leadership, and purpose.
