About
Polina Changuleva is an award-winning Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) expert, celebrated for her pioneering work in creating a more inclusive world. As the founder of Same But Different, the world’s first joyful inclusion consultancy, Polina is on a mission to help organisations embrace diversity and celebrate our shared humanity.
Her work is deeply personal and rooted in her own experiences as a minority ethnic immigrant, a neurodivergent woman, and wanted to use her privilege as a white cisgender heterosexual woman who has spent over a decade working in male-dominated industries to help others. Polina’s remarkable career includes leading Yahoo’s Women’s Inclusion Network, advising global brands like Microsoft, Google, Lego, Disney, and more on cultural transformation, and advocating for racial justice.
In addition to her consultancy, Polina is a UN Women Delegate for the UK and serves on the UK’s 50:50 Parliament Diversity Committee. Her voice continues to challenge the status quo and reshape the future of DEI globally, making her a sought-after speaker and consultant in the fields of diversity, entrepreneurship, partnerships, and tech.
