About

Rohan Randhawa's life shifted when he faced stage 3 cancer, the loss of his brother, and challenges with male infertility. Drawing on over a decade of research and lived experience, he developed resilience tactics to support corporate partners and educational institutions in improving mental health and well-being.


Today, Rohan is an adoptive father, husband, advocate for childhood cancer, and board member of a children's cancer charity. Rohan's "no-nonsense, thought-provoking" style connects deeply, offering audiences honest conversations about grief, recovery, and reclaiming purpose.


His workshops combine humour and hard-earned wisdom to help participants face adversity with courage, elevate team cohesion, and cultivate mental toughness in both personal and professional realms.
